La rosa del desierto by Vogue Spain

Vogue Spain

Marrakech was again the setting for Vogue Spain for their latest fashion spread featuring several luxury brands. La Rosa del Desierto, or better called ‘Desert Rose’ was the theme for the Nomad-Chic fashion editorial featuring Nadja Bender as the beautiful model captured by David Bellemere.

The styling by Marina Gallo featured Christian Dior, Hermes, Salvatore Ferrgamo & Stella McCartney, showing the nomadic style of Marrakech. We loved the voluminous looks of clean-lined silhouettes and desert colors. The turbans, capes and socks in sandals are an obvious influence from the southern Nomads and Saharan in Morocco, used to protect theirselves against the sun and sand. What do you think?
